VIP Tasting 5:15-6:00 p.m.

Founders Brewing Company

KBS (Kentucky Breakfast Stout) - A strong stout is brewed with a hint of coffee and vanilla then aged in oak bourbon barrels.

CBS (Canadian Breakfast Stout) - CBS was born when we stumbled upon some bourbon barrels that had previously housed maple syrup. We opted to put the same base beer as KBS, an imperialized version of Breakfast Stout, in the maple barrels and, after one taste, we knew we had something special. Rich maple syrup, roasted coffee and velvety chocolate meld together in what can only be described as a transcendental drinking experience.

Backwoods Bastard - Big and delicious for your ’perty mouth. Expect lovely, warm smells of single malt scotch, oaky bourbon barrels, smoke, sweet caramel and roasted malts. A bit of earthy spice and a scintilla of dark cherries.

Goose Island Brewing Company

Bourbon County Stout (2017) - This year’s version might be a touch boozier. Jankoski says: “People might notice a little more bourbon-forward note. These barrels come to us quite fresh, and they impart a little more alcohol."

Lolita - Lolita is a pink rose colored Belgian style pale ale fermented with wild yeast and aged on raspberries in wine barrels. Aromas of fresh raspberries, bright jammy fruit flavors and crisp, refreshing body make Lolita ideal for beer drinkers fond of Belgian Framboise.

Gillian - Inspired by an amuse bouche often prepared by the wife of one of our brewers, Scully brings white pepper, strawberry, and honey to a harmonious blend of “mouth amusement”. The ingredients are added at different stages to a Saison, and fermented with a normal Belgian yeast as well as a Champagne yeast.

Halia - Goose Island Halia is a sour peach saison aged in wine barrels with Brettanomyces Claussenii and fifty pounds of peaches per barrel.

Leaky Roof Meadery

Barrel Aged Cyser - A session-strength, slightly carbonated or “petillant”, semi-sweet mead made from a blending of honey and fresh pressed apple cider aged in bourbon barrels. It is pale straw gold, crystal clear and has a refreshing sharpness from our liberal use of Granny Smith apples in our cider. Our cyser is technically similar to a hard cider but is less tart and emphasizes both honey and apple.

Anchor Brewing Company

Anchor Christmas Ale 2014 - This is the fortieth annual Christmas Ale from the Anchor brewers. It is sold only from early November to mid–January. The Ale's recipe is different every year, as is the tree on the label, but the intent with which we offer it remains the same: joy and celebration of the newness of life. Modeled after a traditional wassail beer that was first made in medieval England, Christmas Ale is a 5.5 percent ABV beer brewed with natural spices, malted barley and fresh whole hops.

Anchor Christmas Ale 2015 - A touch of sweetness, stronger fruit aromas and flavors—sour cherry and prune—with a bittersweet chocolate note weaving in to create a remarkable sense of depth and complexity in a 5.5% ABV beer. It’s Anchor at the top of its game, and a wonderful example of a holiday beer.

Anchor Christmas Ale 2016 - A deliciously smooth winter warmer with notes of seasonal spices and a malty backbone, our 2016 Christmas Ale marks the 42nd annual release of this celebrated Anchor tradition.  It is sold only from early November to mid–January. The Ale's recipe is different every year—as is the tree on the label—but the intent with which we offer it remains the same: joy and celebration of the newness of life. Since ancient times, trees have symbolized the winter solstice when the earth, with its seasons, appears born anew. With a heavily guarded, secret recipe, Christmas Ale is a highly anticipated seasonal delight, complex and full in flavor with a velvety texture and alluring, yet subtle, spiced aroma.

New Belgium Brewing Company

New Belgium Sour Saison – This intriguing Saison took years to perfect. Our Brewers worked tirelessly to brew an exquisite French-style Saison, while our industry leading Wood Cellar Team worked to mature the perfect Sour Golden Ale in large, French oak barrels called Foeders. The best of both worlds is brought-out with this Sour Saison – a traditional barrel-aged sour ale artfully blended with a rustic, champagne-like Farmhouse Ale. With over 20 years of barrel-aged sour experience and the largest Wood Cellar in the United States, we’re proud to offer Sour Saison as our first ever year-round, traditional sour ale that’s so uniquely New Belgium, it can’t be replicated.

Abita Brewing Company

Abita Bourbon Street Old Fashioned - This is Old Fashioned Pale Ale and the beer is 100% aged in Bourbon barrels with orange peel, cherries and bitter flavoring.

Sierra Nevada Brewing Company

Sierra Nevada Southern Gothic Unfiltered Pils – Steeped in tradition, yet ready for anything.  This hop-forward but light-bodied pilsner is crisp and drinkable, perfect for an afternoon on the porch or a night down at the pub.  We left it unfiltered and raw to bring out it’s complexity and add a depth of flavor.

Lost Forty Brewing

Wild Barrel 8 - Wild Barrels Project No. 8 is a blend of mixed-culture wine-barrel-aged Blackberry American Wheat Ale and fresh Blonde Ale. The blend was refermented and conditioned on a hefty dose of blueberry puree before bottling.

Twig Table Saison - a bright, lemony, addictively refreshing, delicately tart, perfectly spritzy, and oh-so-laid back table beer. TWIG's mildly sour and refreshing flavors come from fermenting our light Farmhouse Saison with wild yeast cultivated from the local Dunbar Community Garden inside a lightly charred white oak Foeder vessel.

Clown Shoes Beer

Galacticake Double IPA  - Galactica, a hop staff wielding heroine, patrols in karate kick mode through the heavens. Her mission: cosmic combat to promote good beer. Dry hopped with Galaxy hops, a clean malt backbone enhances the dank and luscious IPA flavors.

COOP Ale Works

DNR Cask-It Bourbon Barrel Aged with Chocolate. This Belgian-style dark ale is the culmination of central and western European malts, Noble hops, candy sugar and a traditional Trappist yeast.  Notes of dried fruit, cinnamon and vanilla make DNR a very complex experience to be enjoyed in moderation.

Destihl Brewery

Excommunié Un  - Sour Single Ale Aged in Oak Barrels

Dogfish Head Craft Brewed Ales

Palo Santo Marron Wood-Aged Brown Ale - An unfiltered, unfettered, unprecedented brown ale aged in handmade wooden brewing vessels. The caramel and vanilla complexity unique to this beer comes from the exotic Paraguayan Palo Santo wood from which these tanks were crafted. Palo Santo means "holy tree," and its wood has been used in South American wine-making communities. This highly roasty and malty brown ale clocks in at 12% ABV.

Wood-Aged Bitches Brew Stout - The Bitches is back, only this time we aged it our oak and Palo tanks! An off-centered twist on our classic Bitches Brew, Wood-Aged Bitches Brew is still the same bold, dark, Imperial Stout you know and love!  Originally brewed in honor of the 40th anniversary of the release of Miles Davis’ 1970 landmark Jazz fusion record Bitches Brew, our ‘remix’ is a gustatory tribute to that analog masterpiece.  Much like Jazz fusion, which blends different musical styles, our Wood-Aged Bitches Brew is a fusion of three threads of Imperial stout aged on oak and one thread of Tej - a native African honey beer - aged on Palo. The result is a roasty brew chock full of aromas of vanilla, licorice and chocolate, while you’ll find notes of sweet roast coffee with every sip. It’s slightly dry in the mouthfeel with a mild bitterness that make it the perfect sipper.

Great Raft Brewing -

Barrel-Aged Old Mad Joy Baltic Porter - Old Mad Joy is a baltic porter with layered malt complexities of chocolate, coffee and roasted barley. This dark and rich lager shines with a boozy but restrained sweetness, and builds a slight fruitiness as it warms.  9% ABV

Lagunitas Brewing

The Waldos’ Special Ale - In 1971, the Waldos met one afternoon at 4:20 in the front courtyard of their school near the statue of Louis Pasteur. They set out in a '66 Impala armed with a "treasure map" on a journey to find a secret garden near Point Reyes. They met there at the same time every day and continued their quest. They never found the secret garden....But they keep lookin'. The dankest and hoppiest beer ever brewed at Lagunitas was made with help of the Waldos for all treasure hunters.

Mother’s Brewing - Lil’ Helper Midwest Coast IPA

Limited Release TBD

Rebel Kettle Brewing

Black Reign Bourbon Barrel-Aged Russian Imperial Anniversary Stout - We brew this 9.6% abv beer once a year to commemorate our inception. It is the foundation upon which Rebel Kettle Brewing is built. It exemplifies uniqueness and the reasoning to be ever evolving. Bold roasted malt, coffee and chocolate-like flavors embodied in a rich, bourbon vanilla oakiness. Black as night with luscious full body and a velvety smooth texture. Between brazenness and finesse, lies the beauty of Black Reign.

SweetWater Brewing

Anniversary Oud Bruin - Oud Bruin (tr. Old Brown), which represents the style from the region of East Flanders. As the name indicates, this is an old style brown ale that uses a blend of microflora: bacteria such as acetobacter, lactobacillus and pediococcus; yeasts such as cultured saccharomyces yeast and brettanomyces wild yeasts to give the beer a specific sourness and funky aroma. We then aged it in American Oak foeders on top of cherries to give it a nice fruity punch that we know you’ll love.

 Ozark Beer Co.

BDCS 2016 - Our big, smooth, chocolaty, roasty, bourbon barrel-aged imperial cream stout, BDCS, or Bourbon Double Cream Stout.  Each barrel held Kentucky Bourbon for between 6 & 12 years.  Their oak, char, toastyness and of course notes of bourbon combine with the deep chocolate and coffee notes of the beer before it rests in barrels.

Nebraska Brewing Co.

Romancing the Cone Barrel Aged IPA - West Coast India Pale Ale aged in medium toast Missouri white oak barrels.

Evil Twin Brewing Co.

Molotov Surprise DIPA

North Coast

Barrel Aged Old Rasputin XX -  Every year we age a special batch of our much-loved Russian Imperial Stout in Bourbon barrels. The depth, intensity, and complexity of the flavor profile of this special release, like its predecessors, make it a worthy tribute to Old Rasputin.
